ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY

We at Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. ("Structural Integrity") respect your privacy. We are committed to protecting the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that you share with us. This Online Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand the care with which we intend to treat your Personal Information. Personal Information includes any information that may be used to identify an individual such as a first and last name, a home or other physical address, a telephone or facsimile number, an email address or other contact information. We may need to obtain your Personal Information in order to provide you with services that you request or you may choose to provide us with your Personal Information.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE GATHER/TRACK?

We request personal information when you register for training, request a service, correspond with us or engage in certain other activities through our Web pages. You make the decision whether to proceed with any activity that requests Personal Information. If you do not wish to provide the requested information, however, you may be unable to complete the matter. WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER/TRACK? We often use Personal Information you provide us to provide you with information about new services, informative emails, and research on future product ideas or improvements. Additionally, we use Personal Information to allow you to obtain access to services or otherwise engage in other activities you select.

WITH WHOM MAY WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE GATHER/TRACK?

The Personal Information that you have provided us may be transferred to other Structural Integrity offices. We also retain the services of outside contractors to provide services for us. They may be used to provide training services, technical support, to handle order processing or to perform other services. We require that these contractors keep the Personal Information of customers secure and confidential. We also require that these contractors use Personal Information only on behalf of Structural Integrity. Please be advised that in certain instances, it may be necessary for Structural Integrity to disclose Personal Information to government officials or otherwise as required by our legal obligations.

CHOICE/OPT-OUT

Structural Integrity provides a number of ways for you to "opt-out" of receiving additional information from us or having us provide your personal information to our partners. We may offer you these choices at the time you give us your information. Users who no longer wish to receive our promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to an email communication and writing "unsubscribe" in the subject line in the email or by emailing us atprivacy@structint.com

COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Some of our Web pages utilize "cookies" and other tracking technologies. A "cookie" is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about Web site activity. Our Web pages may contain links to other sites. We do not share your personal information with those websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of those companies. Our Web pages may contain links to websites operated by other companies. Some of these third-party sites may be co-branded with a Structural Integrity logo, even though they are not operated or maintained by Structural Integrity. Although we choose our business partners carefully, Structural Integrity is not responsible for the privacy practices of web sites operated by third parties that are linked to our site. Once you have left our Web pages, you should check the applicable privacy policy of the third party website to determine how they will handle any information they collect from you.

CHILDREN AND PRIVACY

Our Web pages do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 13. Structural Integrity does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 or send them requests for personal information.

ACCESS/ACCURACY

To the extent that you do provide us with Personal Information, Structural Integrity wishes to maintain accurate Personal Information. Where we collect Personal Information from you on the Web, our goal is to provide a means of contacting Structural Integrity should you need to review, update or correct that Information. If for any reason those means are unavailable or inaccessible, you may send updates and corrections about your Personal Information by email to privacy@structint.com and we will make reasonable efforts to incorporate the changes in your Personal Information that we hold as soon as practicable.

YOUR CONSENT

By using this Web site, you consent to the terms of our Online Privacy Policy and to Structural Integrity's processing of Personal Information for the purposes given above as well as those explained where Structural Integrity collects Personal Information on the Web. Should the Online Privacy Policy change, we intend to take every reasonable step to ensure that these changes are brought to your attention by posting all changes prominently on our Web pages for a reasonable period of time.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Structural Integrity Associates hosts a variety of events each year, resulting in the need to collect and process a large number registration transactions. We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to modify or cancel your attendance to an event. The following information describes our policy for cancellations, substitution of another person or requests for a refund of event fees.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS

If Structural Integrity Associates or its event partner cancels an event, all registrants will receive a full refund of fees paid with no administration fee assessed. Refunds will be made within two business weeks following the scheduled date of the event, using the original form of payment. For example if you registered using a credit card, any refund owed would be credited back to the same credit card used to make the purchase. We do not require your credit card number to perform refund transactions.

ATTENDEE CANCELLATIONS/SUBTITUTIONS

Registrants who are unable to attend an event are encouraged to request the option of providing a substitute participant to attend in his/her place. Substitution request must be made by email to the event contact provided in the registration receipt or confirmation email up to 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) five business days prior to the event. For example, a Tuesday event substitution request must be received by 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) on the Tuesday before the event. When signing in at the event, the substituted attendee will need to provide a copy of the registration receipt or confirmation email.

If someone is unable to replace the registered participant, a cancellation request must be made by email to the event contact. Fee-based events cancellations will be accepted till 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) three business weeks prior to the event. For example, a Tuesday event cancellation must be received by 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) on the Tuesday three weeks before the event. Cancellation requests received after the deadline cannot be issued a refund; however, a credit for a future Structural Integrity event can be provided for use within 365 calendar days from date of the cancellation. Refunds or credits cannot be given if a written notice of cancellation was not received by the event contact prior to the start of the event.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are subject to a per person administration fee to offset financial charges assessed for providing the refund. If a refund request is received by the event coordinator by 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) three weeks prior to the event. A full refund of the event fee minus any applicable administration fee will be provided. For example, a Tuesday event refund request must be received by 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) on the Tuesday three weeks before the event. Requests received after the deadline cannot be issued a refund. The administration fee is as follows:

Cost of Event is $201 or greater: 15% of the registration fee. Cost of Event $50 to $200: $25.00 administration fee.
