Managing Data and Knowledge for HEP Integrity Webinar
This webinar provides an overview on the type of data that is collected and managed in a High Energy Piping Program, and how to convert that data into knowledge and subsequent actions. We’ll use our PlantTrack software to demonstrate how using interactive drawings with the data enables analysts to gain greater insight into where high priority areas are and zero in on potential problems. Some of the data that needs to be managed and discussed include: Hanger design and inspection data, Calculated stress – and the locations identified with highest stress, Prioritization of locations and locating high consequence areas, Results of inspections – and identification of locations where damage has been identified, Identifying areas with materials with unique problems (e.g. P91) and dissimilar weld locations.
