These issues may be due to abnormal operational conditions, flaws found during inspection, or end of life. This type of support can be vital in making run, repair, replace decisions to support short cycle critical turnarounds and often allow units to get back online in the most expeditious methods possible while minimizing downtime.
We support in design and analysis of custom pressure equipment for some of the most challenging operational conditions to meet ASME, API, and other internationally recognized standards and compliance documents for legal requirements, such as the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), from around the world.
This includes design specifications, analytical design reports including finite element, local strain failure, fracture mechanics, buckling, inspection planning, and other critical assessments.
